Volleyball Recap: Salem Academy Charter Victorious

Salem Academy Charter won the last time they faced Collegiate Charter School of Lowell and things went their way on Monday too. The Navigator narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Wolves 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Navigator.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Salem Academy Charter who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 22-25, 25-21, 23-25, 15-11.

Gabriel Navarro paced Salem Academy Charter's offense, picking up 18 kills. Navarro got some help from Joshua Cayco and his 36 assists. Andy Cepeda and Raymen Almanzar kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
