Chittenango is 8-1 against Oneida since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bears will look to defend their home court against the Express at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Oneida will be up against a hot Chittenango squad: the team just extended their winning streak to ten. The Bears came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Canastota.

Chittenango had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 22-25, 25-19, 25-20, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Oneida had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against Canastota back in December of 2025 as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Oneida didn't let Canastota take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23, 26-24.

Chittenango better keep an eye on Sullivan Kroll. He was instrumental in Oneida's win, getting 11 digs.

Everything went Chittenango's way against Oneida in their previous meeting back in January of 2025, as Chittenango made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Express turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
