Whetstone waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Columbus International Lions. Considering the Braves have won 12 games by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Whetstone now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Columbus International, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Whetstone will host Mifflin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbus International, they will be taking part in a tournament against Marion-Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
