Volleyball Recap: Holmes Makes It 16 in a Row at Home + How To Watch

The home team had won the previous six meetings between Holmes and Camden County, and Holmes kept the tradition alive. The Aces came out on top against the Bruins by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Aces: when they faced off against the Bruins back in September, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Holmes got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 28-30, 25-20.

Gabi Provencher was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 12 digs and two assists.

Holmes was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Camden County only served nine.

Holmes pushed their record up to 21-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Camden County, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 20-5.

Looking ahead, Holmes will head out to challenge Perquimans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Camden County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
