Kairi Smith Game Report: vs South Sioux City

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Kairi Smith: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made one tackle (1.0 for loss), helping propel Bellevue West past South Sioux City by a score of 65-0. We hope Smith's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Smith and Bellevue West will head out on the road to square off against Lincoln Southwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Thunderbirds are a perfect 3-0 against the Silver Hawks going back to October of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
