Softball Recap: Regina Takes a Loss

Regina fell victim to Mt. Vernon and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 9-0 to the Mustangs. The Regals just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Regina's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Mt. Vernon, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Regina will head out to square off against West Branch at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mt. Vernon, they will venture away from home to challenge Clear Creek-Amana at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
