Recap: Forest City Foresters vs. Mid Valley Spartans
The Forest City Foresters lost against the Mid Valley Spartans back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Forest City was outmatched by Mid Valley at home and fell 65-15. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Forest City has scored all season.
Richard Vinansky continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Mid Valley, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Jakob Lesher, who scored 11 points.
This is the second loss in a row for Forest City and nudges their season record down to 2-10. As for Mid Valley, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.
Forest City will head out on the road to face off against Blue Ridge at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Blue Ridge's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight matchups. As for Mid Valley, they will be playing at home against Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
