Volleyball Recap: Franklin County Wildcats vs. Rising Sun Shiners
Franklin County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Rising Sun Shiners. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Shiners apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2017.

Franklin County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Rising Sun, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Franklin County will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Union County at 6:00 p.m. Union County is coming into the matchup with three straight wins at home, so Franklin County will have to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. As for Rising Sun, they will face off against South Dearborn at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Dearborn will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Rising Sun surely won't give up without a fight.
