Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Palmer Trinity walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Westminster Christian Warriors on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Scarlett Baur and Brooklyn Schiffrin scored both of Palmer Trinity's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 40 goals.

Palmer Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 10-4-3. As for Westminster Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-3.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Palmer Trinity will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on True North Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 11th.
