Volleyball Recap: Tolar Comes Up Short

Tolar managed to slip by Brock the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rattlers came up short against the Eagles on Friday, falling 3-0. The Rattlers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13, 25-14.

Brock can attribute much of their success to Harper Davis, who had 13 digs and one assist. Davis is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played dating back to last season.

Tolar's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Brock, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Tolar wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Boyd on the 15th. As for Brock, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Graford on the 15th.
