Volleyball Recap: Red Bluff Takes a Loss

Red Bluff was the 2-1 winner over Weed when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Red Bluff's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Weed, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Red Bluff didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Pleasant Valley on the 16th. As for Weed, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Redding Christian on the 13th.
