Softball Preview: West Geauga Wolverines vs. Chagrin Falls Tigers

West Geauga is 5-0 against Chagrin Falls since April of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The West Geauga Wolverines will look to defend their home field against the Chagrin Falls Tigers at 5:00 p.m. After the pair made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, West Geauga got the win against Orange by a conclusive 18-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Geauga.

Lely Percassi made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). Percassi has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single walk in three consecutive pitching appearances.
