Basketball Game Preview: Sidney Eagles vs. Bryson Cowboys

The Sidney Eagles will challenge the Bryson Cowboys on Monday. Sidney will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Sidney is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They snuck past Bynum with a 31-25 victory.

Meanwhile, Bryson had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 51-47 W against the Eagles.

Bryson's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for Sidney, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.

Sidney might still be hurting after the 63-38 defeat they got from Bryson when the teams last played back in January of 2015.
