Emmaus barely beat William Allen the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hornets' defense stepped up to hand the Canaries a 3-0 shutout on Thursday. Emmaus' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

They hit William Allen with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Tintle, Anthony Suida, and Canyon Reinhardt.

Emmaus' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for William Allen, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Emmaus is set to square off against their familiar foe Pocono Mountain East at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, William Allen will challenge rival Freedom at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
