Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask KIPP Somos Collegiate). They walked away with a 48-35 victory over the IDEA Burke College Prep Bumblebees on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 44-19 back in November.

KIPP Somos Collegiate's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Elizabeth Pena, who posted 17 points. The game was Pena's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Julissa Perez, who put up 11 points.

KIPP Somos Collegiate is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season. As for IDEA Burke College Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
