Baseball Recap: Buckeye Valley Comes Up Short

Buckeye Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves.

Buckeye Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7-1. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Buckeye Valley will take on Dublin Scioto at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they will head out on the road to square off against Thomas Worthington at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
