Volleyball Recap: Aransas Pass Takes a Loss

Aransas Pass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Taft Greyhounds. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

Aransas Pass' loss dropped their record down to 7-23. As for Taft, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Aransas Pass is set to face off against their familiar foe Odem at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Taft will square off against rival George West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
