Softball Recap: Longview Comes Up Short

Longview fell victim to Royse City and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Lobos' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Longview's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Royse City, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Longview nor Royse City have any future games scheduled.
