Softball Recap: Boone County Comes Up Short

If Boone County was feeling good fresh off their 13-3 takedown of Bishop Brossart on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rebels lost 10-0 to the Ryle Raiders on Sunday. The loss continues a trend for the Rebels in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost three in a row.

Boone County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-25. As for Ryle, their win bumped their record up to 16-7-1.

Boone County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ryle, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Conner on the 19th.
