Clayton fell victim to McDonell Central and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Macks 66-0. The Bears have struggled against the Macks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for McDonell Central, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Clayton will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Siren at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McDonell Central, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Lake Holcombe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
