Basketball Recap: Three Lakes Takes a Loss

Three Lakes lost against Rhinelander back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Three Lakes Bluejays had to suffer through a 64-37 loss at the hands of the Rhinelander Hodags. While losing is never fun, the Bluejays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 278th, while the Hodags are ranked 123rd).

Three Lakes dropped their record down to 3-4 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Rhinelander, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Three Lakes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rhinelander, they will host Lakeland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
