Football Game Preview: Kelly Walsh Trojans vs. Sheridan Broncs + How To Watch

Kelly Walsh is 0-10 against Sheridan since September of 2018 but things could change on Friday. The Trojans will face off against the Broncs at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kelly Walsh was handed a 21-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Rock Springs, sneaking past 17-15.

Kelly Walsh didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Ethan Hague.

Meanwhile, Sheridan got the win against Laramie on Friday by a conclusive 38-14. The result was nothing new for the Broncs, who have now won five games by 21 points or more so far this season.

Kelly Walsh better keep an eye on Blaine Phillips. He was instrumental in Sheridan's win, rushing for 43 yards, while also throwing for 44 yards and one touchdown.

Sheridan's run defense was locked in: Laramie could only muster one yards per carry. The Broncs didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 9.7.

Kelly Walsh's record now sits at 3-6. As for Sheridan, their record is now 10-0.

Kelly Walsh lost to Sheridan on the road by a decisive 37-20 margin when the teams last played back in September. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
