Grove City had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Central Crossing Comets as they made off with an 11-4 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-0 on Monday.

Grove City's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Central Crossing, their loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-14.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Grove City is set to take on their familiar foe New Albany at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Central Crossing will square off against rival Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
