West Mifflin had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Justin Dillon sure wasn't going down easily. Dillon was dynamite, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.
