Ayer Shirley is a perfect 3-0 against Academy of Notre Dame since September of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Lancers at 5:00 p.m. Academy of Notre Dame took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Ayer Shirley, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Ayer Shirley made easy work of St. Bernard's Central Catholic and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Academy of Notre Dame unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Friday. They lost 3-0 to Greater Lawrence Tech.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16, 25-10.

Ayer Shirley's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Academy of Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.

Everything went Ayer Shirley's way against Academy of Notre Dame in their previous meeting back in September, as Ayer Shirley made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
