New Castle and Anderson are an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2015, but likely not for long. The Trojans will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against the Indians at 7:00 p.m. New Castle's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row, New Castle turned things around against Rushville on Thursday. They and the Lions finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked New Castle's first draw of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Evan Millikan, who's now up to nine this season.

Meanwhile, Anderson's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They beat Muncie Burris by a goal, winning 2-1.

Anderson's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. New Castle's draw makes their record 3-10-1 this season.
