Baseball Recap: Valley Forge Comes Up Short

Valley Forge and Walsh Jesuit squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Valley Forge had to settle for second. They lost 20-1 to the Warriors. The Patriots just can't catch a break and have now endured 15 defeats in a row.

Valley Forge's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Walsh Jesuit, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6-1 record this season.

Valley Forge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Walsh Jesuit, they will square off against Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
