Rock Hills strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Thunder Ridge Longhorns. Surprisingly, this marked the Grizzlies' seventh straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Rock Hills was: they took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-10.

Rock Hills was led to victory by Ally Beck and Bethany Simmelink. Beck had six digs and six aces, while Simmelink had 27 assists and two aces. Those six aces gave Beck a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Rock Hills was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive contests.

Rock Hills' victory bumped their record up to 25-0. As for Thunder Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-14-1.

Rock Hills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Linn on the 4th. As for Thunder Ridge, they will take on Stockton on Tuesday.
