Baseball Recap: MacArthur Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when MacArthur faced off against Irving on Thursday. The Cardinals lost 7-1 to the Tigers. The Cardinals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 8-3.

MacArthur saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gavin Harris, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

MacArthur dropped their record down to 19-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Irving, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-18-1.
