Columbia fell victim to Castle Rock and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Rockets. The game marked the first time this season in which the Bruins were not able to get on the board.

Castle Rock has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-1-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
