Volleyball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Robinson was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Durant last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights fell 3-1 to the Plant Panthers on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 25-14, 25-11.

Kaelyn Klaiber paced Robinson's offense, picking up 14 kills. Klaiber got some help from Emerson Flynn and her 18 assists. Evelyn Donovan and Riley Goad kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Robinson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Robinson will take on Wharton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Plant, they will be taking part in a tournament against Briarcrest Christian at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. The Saints will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
