Freedom won the last time they faced Middleton and things went their way on Thursday too. The Patriots put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

One reason for the win was Freedom's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 25-7.

Ava Arrighi paced Freedom's offense, picking up five kills. Arrighi got some help from Katie Kurtz and her 11 assists. Gabby Jamison controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Freedom's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Middleton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Freedom will head out to square off against East Bay at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The game will give the Patriots their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Middleton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Jefferson at 7:00 p.m.
