Basketball Recap: Har-Ber Falls Short Against Ranked Springdale

On Friday, Har-Ber faced Springdale in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Har-Ber Wildcats fell 63-52 to the Springdale Bulldogs. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

The loss snapped Har-Ber's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-4 record. As for Springdale, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

Har-Ber will look to defend their home court on Monday against Rogers at 6:00 p.m. As for Springdale, they will venture away from home to face off against Northside at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Northside is on a nine-game streak of home wins, Springdale a eight-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
