Basketball Recap: Orestimba Warriors vs. Ripon Indians
Orestimba lost against Ripon back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Orestimba Warriors fell just short of the Ripon Indians by a score of 41-38.

Despite the loss, Orestimba had strong showings from Ashlynn Bell, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds, and Olivia Gray, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 11 points and five boards. What's more, Gray also racked up two assists, the most she's had since back in November of 2024. Natalie Corella was another key player, putting up four points and five rebounds.
Ripon found their leader in sophomore Anandjap Dhami, who posted 14 points and six boards. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for Dhami. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Lehmkuhl, who had nine points.
Orestimba's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Ripon, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Orestimba wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 33-30 loss against Hilmar on the 17th. Ripon has also already played their next contest, a 38-31 win against Ripon Christian on the 16th.
