Baseball Recap: Schlarman Hilltoppers vs. Heritage Hawks
Schlarman was the 13-5 winner over Heritage when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hilltoppers took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Grayson Kruger put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Kruger was even better at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Princeton Rush made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
