Basketball Game Preview: Cedar Hill Longhorns vs. Wilson Wildcats

The Cedar Hill Longhorns and the Wilson Wildcats will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Cedar Hill saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 64-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. Mark's.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Wilson faced off against Panther Creek on Friday. Wilson took a 61-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Panther Creek. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 408th, while the Panthers are ranked 133rd).

Wilson now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Cedar Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Cedar Hill and Wilson were neck-and-neck when the teams last played on Thursday, but Cedar Hill came up empty-handed after a 69-68 defeat. Can Cedar Hill avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
