Soccer Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Mount St. Mary Academy Belles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Mount St. Mary Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in March.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Mount St. Mary Academy, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Central will face off against rival Pulaski Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mount St. Mary Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Bryant at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
