Football Recap: Pasco Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pasco can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 47-0 loss at the hands of the Countryside Cougars. The defeat leaves the Pirates still looking for their first win of the season.

Pasco's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Countryside, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Pasco does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Countryside, they will face off against River Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Cougars 9.3, the Royal Knights 14.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
