Tarboro is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Friday. After each having a week off, they and the Greene Central Rams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. Tarboro is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Tarboro is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past Northampton County to the tune of 49-0 last Friday. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 37th, while the Jaguars are ranked 380th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tarboro's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances.
