Daxton Minton Game Report: vs Bishop Carroll

Great Bend's leading rusher did his thing again on Friday. Daxton Minton rushed for 193 yards and three TDs on only eight carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Looking ahead, Minton and Great Bend will square off against Hays on Friday. The Panthers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Indians thanks in part to Minton: he rushed for 57 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries, and also threw for 179 yards and one TD.
