Meanwhile, Miyamura can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Aztec as Miyamura made off with a 3-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Patriots have posted since August 27th.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-19.
Alexis Begay had a dynamite game for Miyamura, getting 15 digs and six aces. The dominant performance gave Begay a new career-high in aces.
Gallup has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season. As for Miyamura, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-10.
