Crater entered their tilt with Eagle Point on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Eagles 42-0. That 42 point margin sets a new team best for the Comets this season.

Crater's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Eagle Point, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Crater will take on rival Churchill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Comets 14, the Lancers 14) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Eagle Point is set to face off against their familiar foe South Eugene at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
