Soccer Recap: Woodson Takes a Loss

Woodson lost against South County back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cavaliers fell just short of the Stallions by a score of 2-1.

Woodson has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for South County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodson will welcome West Springfield at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Woodson are facing West Springfield at the right time seeing as West Springfield are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for South County, they will be playing at home against McLean at 7:15 p.m. on the 30th.
