Basketball Recap: Lackawanna Comes Up Short

Lackawanna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Iroquois Redhawks 80-29. The Steelers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-8.

Lackawanna's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Iroquois, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Lackawanna wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 51-31 defeat against West Seneca East on the 30th. Iroquois has also already played their next contest (against Lake Shore), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
