Softball Game Preview: Jackson Christian Eagles vs. Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels

Meanwhile, Tipton-Rosemark Academy fell victim to Dyer County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Choctaws. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Rebels' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lola Sprenkle, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Jackson Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.

Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Jackson Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .330.
