Soccer Recap: Taft Wins Going Away Against Kennedy

Taft kept a clean sheet against Kennedy on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Kennedy Thunderbirds.

Carlos Jimenez and Christian Gallegos scored all three of Taft's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Taft's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5-2 and their overall record up to 7-9-4. As for Kennedy, they now have a losing record at 5-6-4.

Taft will square off against Chavez at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennedy, they will challenge McFarland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
