Basketball Recap: Baxter Takes a Loss

If Baxter was feeling good fresh off their 89-41 takedown of Meskwaki Settlement last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Baxter fell 64-55 to the North Tama Redhawks on Tuesday. Baxter was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced North Tama earlier this season, when they won 78-63.

Baxter's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for North Tama, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Baxter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 70-51 loss against Earlham on the 23rd. North Tama has also already played their next game (against GMG), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
