Volleyball Recap: Northeast Jones Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Northeast Jones came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Purvis Tornadoes, falling 3-0. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Tornadoes from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-11, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Brooxie Shepherd, who had nine digs and four aces.

Northeast Jones' defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Purvis, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

Northeast Jones didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Wayne County on the 4th. As for Purvis, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Stone on the 4th.
