Pawnee City saw some tournament action on Thursday. They lost to Exeter-Milligan/Friend on the road by a 73-59 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Axtell entered their tilt with Hanover on Friday with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 69-57.

Axtell's victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-1. As for Pawnee City, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
