The Rancho Rams are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they challenge the Las Vegas Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Rancho focused on turnovers this week as the team gave up six on Saturday.

Rancho is headed out to face Las Vegas after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Rancho breezed by Valley to the tune of 87-47.

Jakoi Lide was a one-man wrecking crew for Rancho as he went 22 for 35 en route to 59 points plus five rebounds and four steals. Lide's afternoon made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Ahmad Koroma was another key player, earning 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals.

Rancho smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in nine consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Las Vegas had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell to Chaparral 54-49.
